British journalist George Fulton has decided to leave Pakistan. Fulton, who got famous with his show George Ka Pakistan, did not mention the reason for his decision.

“Pakistan Khuda hafiz. I’ve spent 17 of the last 21 years in this country, but alas it’s time to move on,” he tweeted on Monday.

“Thank you for everything. Met my wife and had my children here. Till we meet again, goodbye. Stay strong. Pakistan Zindabad,” he added.

In 2022, Fulton visited Pakistan to launch a BBC produced political talk show Question Time Pakistan. Later he moved to Pakistan and married here. He has launched his YouTube channel Desi George, where he collaborates and produces videos featuring Shaniera Akram about Pakistan and its culture.

‘George ka Pakistan’, which aired on Geo TV, was about his experiences in the country. The show brought him to the spotlight.
