Renowned actor Syra Yousuf has said that Babylicious is about the first love and people would see the “unique way of the first love of the different characters”.

Directed by Essa Khan, the movie is set to hit the screen on Eidul Azha.

While speaking to Aaj News exclusively, she said that the movie was scheduled to be presented as a telefilm in 2017, but then it was decided that it should be made a feature film and its script was reworked.

“The film was shot in different parts,” said Syra adding that it was mainly due to Covid-19.

“There was a little work remaining and in such circumstances, it was very difficult to work and you could not do anything.”

This is the first time the couple will be sharing the screen together after their divorce in 2020. They also have a daughter Nooreh.

While sharing her working experience with her ex-husband, Syra said that it was great.

“It took more time than usual to film the entire movie. Not only working with Shahroz, but I enjoyed working with other actors.”

The actor said that when the trailer of the film was released, her daughter Nooreh was very excited. She used to be with her on the set of the film. “Now she is growing up, so she is more aware of these things that I will go to watch the film with my friends.”

Apart from Shahroz Sabzwari and Syra, the film also stars Aamir Qureshi, Mani, Aadi, among others.
