Eight Pakistani Umrah pilgrims die in Makkah hotel fire
The pilgrims were from Kasur and Borewala regions
Eight Pakistani Umara pilgrims have been killed in a fire that broke out on the third floor of a hotel in Makkah.
The hotel is located on Shahrah Ibrahim Khalil where Pakistani Umara pilgrims from Kasur and Borewala regions had checked in.
According to officials, the incident took place Thursday night.
The dead include men and women.
A video obtained by AAj News showed firefighters approaching the upper floors of a multistorey small hotel using a crane.
