A groom from Jhelum’s Sowah tehsil has created history as he came to pick up his bride on a helicopter, Aaj News reported Saturday.

It is reportedly the most expensive wedding in the history of the city, where more than 50 luxury vehicles were arranged for participants aka ‘Baraatis’.

Moreover, on his way to the marriage hall, he showered dollars, pounds, and about Rs3 million from the helicopter.

A large number of citizens came to GT Road to see the grand ‘Baraat’ and gather the dollars.
