The outlawed Tehreek-i-Taliban Pakistan continues to lose key commanders as rift between the sub-groups continues in Afghanistan.

At least nine terrorists and key commanders were killed in fresh riots in different parts of the country, sources said.

The terrorists were identified as Sajid, Umar, Malang, Commander Zakir, Tariq, Hashim, Usmani, Rehman and Yusuf.

Earlier, differences between the sub-groups intensified as they express distrust of the central leadership. Sources say that the unfair distribution of resources led to a rift among the sub-groups.

Meanwhile, their terrorists believe the increasing economic difficulties are due to the lavish lifestyle of their commanders such as the abundance of vehicles and money.

The leadership is enjoying an unusual lifestyle in luxury homes in major Afghanistan cities with a secure future for their children, however, their subordinates are forced on living either in camps or in villages close to the border, which don’t have the basic facilities of life, sources said.

They have threatened their commanders that they will surrender to the security forces if the issues are not resolved.

Moreover, the groups believe that the leadership of the outlawed organisation motivates the poor people to fight against Pakistani security forces for their own benefit. They are being sacrificed in the name of so-called jihad.
