Pakistani actor and singer Junaid Khan has revealed that he was offered a lead role in the famous Bollywood movie ‘Aashiqui 2’.

The 41-year-old actor made this revelation while speaking to Fahad Mustafa.

The host asked about offers from Bollywood. “We have heard, you were offered Aashiqui 2,” Fahad Mustafa asked.

“Yes, I was offered the movie in the initial phases, I was shortlisted but it eventually didn’t happen because nothing happened after that,” Junaid replied.

He said that it was just an offer and nothing more.

The movie was released in 2013.

The actor has worked in some famous dramas in Pakistan which are Sun Yara, Kashf, Mumkin, Mere Humdum Mere Dost, Ishq Tamasha, and Hum Tum.
