Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif will arrive in Karachi on a one-day visit today.

He will examine the multinational naval excise AMAN-23 that began on Friday.

Navies from 50 nations including Türkiye, the US, and China are part of the naval games.

The prime minister will also meet Sindh governor and chief minister.

Meanwhile, the federal cabinet meeting is being convened to discuss the political and economic situation of the country.

According to the five-point agenda, the cabinet will also discuss the power breakdown that hit the country last month and a report on the Toshakhana gift repository.

It will also endorse decisions made by the Economic Coordination Committee.
