PSL8 draft: PCB unveils foreign players’ list for silver category
The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) Wednesday revealed the foreign players for the silver category, who are available for the upcoming Pakistan Super League (PSL) draft.
The draft ceremony of the season eight is set to take place in Karachi on December 15, for the first time in the tournament’s history.
Players like, England’s Ravi Bopara, Sri Lanka’s Akila Dananjaya, Afghanistan’s Azmatullah Omarzai and Bangladesh’s Afif Hossain and Al-Amin Hossain are some of the notable players in the silver category.
The announcement has been made after consulting with all franchises, said PCB.
Defending champions Lahore Qalandars will make the first pick as the pick order has already been revealed.
The next 17 rounds were decided through a special statistical tool.
PSL 8 is scheduled to start from February 9 to March 19 and it will be played in Karachi, Multan, Rawalpindi, and Lahore.
