The men accused in the case of the gang rape of a girl from a flood-hit district were presented in a Karachi court.

Both suspects were arrested by the Boat Basin Police Wednesday and they were presented in court on Thursday.

Speaking to the media, the police said they have obtained DNA samples of the men.

The court has handed over both men to the police on a four-day physical remand and has asked the police for a progress report at the next hearing.

The investigation officer said that the girl is in stable condition now.

The 9-year-old was abducted outside a shopping mall in Clifton and left there after the men raped her.
