Former prime minister and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) supremo Nawaz Sharif said on Wednesday that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairperson Imran Khan’s planned long march towards Islamabad was not for bringing revolution but was in a bid to appoint an army chief of his choice.

“Masses have seen Imran Khan’s revolution during his four-years rule,” the PML-N supremo said in a tweet and added that the one who was labeling others as thieves had been himself proven as the biggest thief in history for looting Rs50 billion from Toshakhana and through foreign funding.

A day earlier, Imran Khan announced that his party will kick start ‘Haqeeqi Azadi March’ towards Islamabad on Friday (October 28).

“We will start the long march from Liberty Chowk at 11:00am on Friday,” the PTI chief said addressing a press conference in Lahore on Tuesday.

The PTI chief assured that his party’s long march would be peacefull and claimed that the long march would be the biggest-ever in the histroy of Pakistan.
