A truck carrying relief supplies for the flood victims was looted at Chilia on Hyderabad road near Thatta.

Thousands of victims are waiting for aid in the district, however, people who have become unemployed due to continuous rains are also starving and the looting of aid vehicles is increasing.

Meanwhile, a Mazda truck carrying mosquito nets for the flood victims was also robbed late last night at Chalia.

Sources privy to the matter said that the truck was carrying thousands of mosquito nets which have been robbed.

Moreover, flood victims of Thatta complained about lack of food and medicines in the relief camps.
