Today’s recipe will take us into the North of Africa, Morroco. This roasted Morrocan chicken is as easy as it is delicious
Ingredients:
- half kilo chicken with bone
- One onion
- four to five cloves of garlic
- one tablespoon paprika powder
- half teaspoon white pepper
- half teaspoon black pepper
- half teaspoon zeera
- two tablespoons of lemon juice
- four to five lemons
- parsley
- Butter
- Oil
- Salt
Cut the lemon Add all the ingredients into a blender, except the lemon and the chicken Put chicken and the lemons into a dish Add the blended spices If you have an oven, preheat it to 200C for 30 to 40 minutes The chicken will take about 15 to 20 minutes to cook
