Two suspected terrorists killed in exchange of fire with security forces in Kulachi
Two terrorists were killed during an exchange of fire with the security forces in Kulachi area of Dera Ismail Khan, Inter Services Public Relations said in a statement.
Arms and ammunition were recovered from the slain terrorists, the military’s media wing said adding that the slain terrorists remained actively involved in terrorist activities against the security forces.
Last week, the military’s media wing in a statement claimed that six suspected terrorists belonging to Baloch Liberation Front (BLF) had been killed in the ensuing exchange of fire with the security forces in Zamran range, near Paroom in Balochistan.
It said that the suspected terrorists were allegedly involved in attacks on posts of security forces and were also involved in the recent planting of improvised explosive device (IED) on convoys of security forces in Paroom and surrounding areas of Panjgur.
“Security Forces, in step with the nation, remain determined to thwart attempts at sabotaging peace, stability and progress of Balochistan,” said that statement.
