Mehiwsh Hayat, a Pakistani actress and model, has finally made her Hollywood debut. Fans were thrilled to see their beloved on the screen in the third episode of Ms Marvel, which debuted on Disney +.

The selection of Pakistani performers by major Hollywood studios and their representation in films like Marvel’s “Ms Marvel” is a significant event. Nimra Baloch and Mehwish both appear in this episode, and while it is brief, the more Pakistani presence we have, the better.

Mehwish was previously confirmed to have a minor but significant role in the series, but fans haven’t seen her in the trailer or series teasers, leaving us to wonder what character she will be playing.

According to rumours, Hayat portrays Kamala Khan’s grandma Aisha in the episode’s flashback sequences.

We already know that Mehwish gives everything she has to every part she plays and does it flawlessly, but we thought Mehwish’s facial expressions in this episode of Ms Marvel were a little over the top. We acknowledge that being dramatic in your expressions is a need of working in the Pakistani film industry, but we believe she was unable to adjust to how the Hollywood business actually operates.

Moving on to her clothing, Mehwish’s attire has a Marvel-like quality to it, with Pakistani themes woven throughout.

Mehwish’s appearance wasn’t all that during the brief time she was on television. Her overall outfit looked mismatched thanks to her makeup, muted sea green clothing, and the patterned shawl thrown over her shoulder.

Mehwish could have really taken this chance to go all out with her style, but unfortunately missed the mark.
