All of those who appreciated KK’s music were shocked to learn of his untimely death on May 31st at the age of 53. He became unwell while performing at a concert in Kolkata. Later, he passed away in his room.

On June 2, he was laid to rest. His family was devastated by his untimely demise, as one could anticipate. His daughter, Taamara, wrote an emotional note remembering him on Father’s Day, June 19. She also shared some childhood pictures with KK. In the first one KK can be seen carrying his son and daughter on his back, while the children are laughing without a care in the world.

KK’s most recent release was Yeh Hausla from Ranveer Singh’s 83, and he has a series of songs that were to be released in 2023. His most recent musical endeavour is rumoured to be the Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif movie Tiger 3, which will be released on Eid 2023 and directed by Maneesh Sharma.

Taamara and her father bonded over their shared love for music. Even in the photographs, they can be seen seated at a piano together. We’re confident that KK has passed on some of his musical magic to his daughter, who is reputed to be just as gifted as him.
