Electoral reforms imperative to gain public trust in electoral process: Asad Qaiser
Speaker National Assembly Asad Qaiser has said that electoral reforms are imperative to gain public trust in the electoral process.
In a statement, he said that completing the process of electoral reforms before next election would ensure transparency and fairness.
Asad Qaiser also constituted a high-level committee to contact parliamentary parties regarding electoral reforms.
The five-member committee comprises Federal Ministers Pervez Khattak, Chaudhry Fawad Hussain, and Asad Umar, Prime Minister's Advisor, Dr. Babar Awan, and Special Assistant Malik Amir Dogar.
