An accountability court on Saturday declared PML-N President Shehbaz Sharif’s daughter Rabia and son-in-law, Ali Imran, proclaimed offenders in Saaf Pani corruption case, local media reported.

According to the details, the accountability court directed the investigation officer to paste the advertisement declaring the opposition leader's daughter and her husband as proclaimed offenders.

The decision was taken over their continued non-appearance before the court.

Rabia and Ali were named by the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) in Saaf Pani corruption reference. The anti-corruption watchdog filed the reference after it was revealed that the accused gave the building of the project on rent.

Rabia Imran has already been declared a proclaimed offender in a separate case of money laundering.
