Rubina Ashraf in critical condition after testing positive for COVID-19
Veteran actor Rubina Ashraf is now in critical condition after testing positive for COVID-19 a week earlier, according to the Express Tribune. The 60-years-old actor is admitted to a private hospital while she battles the novel coronavirus.
Her peers and colleagues in the industry and fans are praying for her swift recovery. Actor Hamayun Saeed took to Twitter to request his followers to pray for Ashraf's health.
"Please pray for Rubina Ashraf. May Allah grants her good health and quick recovery," Saeed wrote.

Janan actor Ali Rehman Khan also sent out a request for prayers for the legendary actor. In a tweet he wrote:

Rubina decided to get tested for COVID-19 last week after she started showing symptoms.
COVID-19 is a disease caused by the novel coronavirus and is contagious. World Health Organisation declared COVID-19 a global pandemic after the virus - which originally originated in Wuhan, China - spread across Europe and Asia. There are currently 6.8 million affectees of COVID-19 globally.
