Pakistani celebrities send out heartfelt messages for the passengers of ill-fated plane
3 min readA Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) plane carrying approximately 100 passengers and crew crashed on Friday in a residential area of Karachi, with many feared dead, officials said. Flight PK 8303 had taken off from Lahore and was bound for Karachi, where it crashed minutes before landing due to technical reasons.
The tragic incident has saddened the whole nation. As soon as the news of the devastating crash came out, Pakistani celebrities started sending out heartfelt messages and condolences for the passengers of ill-fated plane, and their families.
Laal Kabootar famed actor Mansha Pasha took to Twitter to send out an empathetic message. In a tweet, she wrote:
"Prayers and condolences for all those who have lost their lives. May Allah give them strength. Ameen."

Stage and TV actor Osman Khalid Butt called the news horrific:
