LHC grants bail to PML-N's Rana Sanaullah
LAHORE: The Lahore High Court (LHC) on Tuesday granted bail to Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Rana Sanaullah in narcotics case.
Sanaullah has been granted bail against two surety bonds worth Rs1 million each.
The court has reserved the verdict in the case on December 24. The release orders were issued by Justice Chaudhry Mushtaq Ahmed after hearing the comments of the ANF and Sanaullah's legal representative
An anti-narcotics court on December 11 extended judicial remand of PML-N's leader Sanaullah till January 4, 2020, in the heroin smuggling case.
On July 2, the Anti-Narcotics Force (ANF) had arrested Sanaullah, a senior PML-N leader from near the Sukheke area in Punjab.
