Head of the Islamic Supreme Council of Iraq Shaikh Dr Hamam Hamoudi has expressed grave concern over the grim human rights situation in Occupied Kashmir.      

Talking during an interaction session at Institute of Strategic Studies in Islamabad, he said Kashmir is an international issue and should be resolved according to the UN resolutions.

Dr Hamoudi said dialogue between Pakistan and India is the best option to resolve this outstanding issue through political means in a peaceful manner.
