LAHORE: Former Premier and Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leader Shahid Khaqan Abbasi was arrested by National Accountability Bureau (NAB) on Thursday, Aaj News reported. 

Ex-PM, Abbasi has been arrested in connection with the LNG case by NAB officials.

He was en-route to Lahore to attend a news conference by PML-N President Shehbaz Sharif when he was arrested.
