Five unhealthy habits that make you hungry more often

WEB DESK: Some of us are actually living an unhealthy lifestyle without even realizing it. And, we have become so used to it that we don't really find it troubling. But, our 'careless' attitude is actually harming us silently. You can figure out that 'silent harm' while you still feel hungry even after having proper meals. 

Thirst

Have you experienced it too ? Eating just a moment earlier and feeling hungry again. However, when feeling something like this, go for a glass of water first and wait. You will notice hunger will vanish and you will feel yourself full.

Behavior under stress

Stressing over anything; major or minor is unhealthy for your overall health. And, most people prefer to eat while feeling stressed which is even more harming. If you are one of them, take note seriously and avoid eating unnecessary. Moreover, don't go to candy store specially when you are on your low days. Instead, find an exciting book to read, go for walk or workout, talk about good things and yes, meditation too helps in this regard.

 

Lack of protein

Consuming protein is essential for our over all health. Moreover, add protein in your diet even if it is full of vegetables and fruits. Therefore, don't forget to eat Greek yogurt, chicken, and eggs.

Poor regime

Sometimes due to poor timing, we consume meals at wrong time and become habitual of it. Therefore, to stay healthy, we need to work on that too. Everyone should eat on time and consume five meals per day that is breakfast, lunch, dinner and small snacks in between.

 

Snacking on the go

Lastly, consuming a complete lunch or dinner, in a proper manner impacts a lot on our health. Hence, it is suggested to make it a habit or routine and follow it religiously. Moreover, snacking on the go and stuffing yourself with junk isn't healthy. It will only make you gain extra pounds.
