A woman was martyred and two civilians were injured due to unprovoked firing by the Indian army from across the Line of Control in Kotli Sector on Saturday night. 

A Foreign Office spokesperson strongly condemned India's deliberate targeting of innocent civilians.

He said such belligerent acts by India pose grave threat to regional peace and security.

He expressed solidarity with two families of bereaved and those injured.
