This is what happen if there would be no sunlight

WEB DESK: People living in cold countries pray for sun and try to utilize or expose themselves in sunlight as much as they could whereas people living in warmer places are not always happy with it.

They adore winters and usually wait for it. However, every season is being created with some purpose and summers do have lots of them.

You may not enjoy heat for several months but after knowing its benefits you will stop disliking it so much.

Lack sunlight and your heart

You may have heard about sufficient amount of vitamin D presents in sunlight. And it is essential to protect heart from diverse diseases. But, no sunlight means no vitamin D hence, you heart won't function as it should be. Moreover, the ultraviolet rays normalize blood pressure as well and without it we may have more cardiovascular problems.

Pain and ache

You may dislike intense sunlight of summers but it warms body's muscles and eases the pain that occurred by inflammatory conditions such as arthritis. Therefore, there would be more aches and pains if there wouldn't be enough sunlight.

Impact on immunity

People need more white blood cells to fight against different sort of infections. And, less sunlight means fewer cells which is surely not healthy for us.

More cavities

You may not believe it but yes, our teeth will suffer without sun too. As per studies, less exposure in sun can give your teeth problems, such as cavities.

Everlasting winter blues

Lastly, sun greatly impacts on your mood and with less sunlight we will have seasonal affective disorder (SAD) also known as winter blues. It is a kind of depression which is caused by minimum sunlight.
