Mini pizza

Ingredients:

Pizza Sauce:

  • Oil -2tbsp
  • Garlic (chopped) -1tbsp
  • Tomatoes (chopped) -2cups
  • Catch-up -1cup
  • Salt
  • Red chili -1tbsp
  • Dried oregano -1tbsp
  • Dried Basil leaves -1
  • Soya sauce -1tbsp

Pizza Dough:

  • All purpose flour -2cups
  • Yeast – 1½ tbsp
  • Sugar -1½tbsp
  • Salt -1tbsp
  • Oil -3 to 4tbsp
  • Water to knead

Topping:

  • Chicken (boiled)
  • Cheddar Cheese (crushed)
  • Onion (Chopped)
  • Capsicum (Chopped)
  • Olives (optional)
  • Mozzarella cheese (crushed)
  • Red chili as per taste

Direction for sauce:

  1. Heat oil and saute ginger for 1 minute. Add tomato and cook until tomatoes are tender.
  2. Add ketchup, salt, oregano, red chili, basil leaves and soya sauce.
  3. Mix it well.

Direction for dough:

  1. Take all purpose flour in a bowl, add yeast, salt, sugar and oil. Mix well.
  2. Knead a soft dough.
  3. Cover it and leave it for 1 hour.

Direction to make pizza:

  1. Grease baking dish.
  2. Take ka portion of dough, shape it of mini pizza.
  3. Spread the sauce, add chicken, mozzarella cheese, onion, capsicum and cheddar cheese and red chili.
  4. Preheated oven at 190C and bake pizzas for 10 to 12 minutes.
