Mini pizza
Ingredients:
Pizza Sauce:
- Oil -2tbsp
- Garlic (chopped) -1tbsp
- Tomatoes (chopped) -2cups
- Catch-up -1cup
- Salt
- Red chili -1tbsp
- Dried oregano -1tbsp
- Dried Basil leaves -1
- Soya sauce -1tbsp
Pizza Dough:
- All purpose flour -2cups
- Yeast – 1½ tbsp
- Sugar -1½tbsp
- Salt -1tbsp
- Oil -3 to 4tbsp
- Water to knead
Topping:
- Chicken (boiled)
- Cheddar Cheese (crushed)
- Onion (Chopped)
- Capsicum (Chopped)
- Olives (optional)
- Mozzarella cheese (crushed)
- Red chili as per taste
Direction for sauce:
- Heat oil and saute ginger for 1 minute. Add tomato and cook until tomatoes are tender.
- Add ketchup, salt, oregano, red chili, basil leaves and soya sauce.
- Mix it well.
Direction for dough:
- Take all purpose flour in a bowl, add yeast, salt, sugar and oil. Mix well.
- Knead a soft dough.
- Cover it and leave it for 1 hour.
Direction to make pizza:
- Grease baking dish.
- Take ka portion of dough, shape it of mini pizza.
- Spread the sauce, add chicken, mozzarella cheese, onion, capsicum and cheddar cheese and red chili.
- Preheated oven at 190C and bake pizzas for 10 to 12 minutes.
