Popular name of B-town 'Vinod Khanna' Dies at 70
WEB DESK: The versatile actor of Bollywood Vinod Khanna passed away at the age of 70 on Thursday, Aaj News reported.Â
The sources revealed that veteran actor was suffering from cancer for years and was hospitalized recently due to grave dehydration. His picture in such state went viral on internet earlier this month which left his fans in deep grieve and shock across the globe.
As reported in Times of India, the popular name of B-town had worked in more than 100 movies who started his career with roles of villain mainly but later appeared as lead character in films like "Insaaf, Mere Apney, and Amar, Akar and Anthony." The late actor entertained world with his outstanding acting skills for four decades.
Besides this, Mere Apne actor was active in politics and served as a member of Parliament from Gurdaspur, Punjab.
The legendary actor performed his best in latest films like Dabangg, Players, Dabangg 2 and Dilwale and received immense appreciation from his fans.
During his last days, he was nurtured by his family including wife, three sons and a daughter.
