PSL 2017: Army will ensure security for Final match, CoAS
WEB DESK: Chief of Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa said Army will ensure security regarding final match of Pakistan Super League (PSL) on Tuesday.Â
According to a statement released by ISPR, General Qamar Bajwa said it in a security council meeting that Army will provide security in this regard where, later, he was briefed over horrific bomb attack at mall road, Lahore.
The statement further said such coward attacks will never restrict our struggles against war on terror, reportedly. It is note worthy that at least 13 people including two senior police officers embraced martyrdom in Lahore blast.
Earlier, after the incident, rumors were circulating that the final of Pakistan Super League (PSL) might not be played in Lahore as it was scheduled due to security concerns.
