Peoples' Party leaders in Punjab and Sindh have come out to defend Bilawal Bhutto Zardari after a strong criticism on Bilawal and PPP by the Interior Minister.

PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto on Tuesday responded to Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan's criticism on his accent. Bilawal took to twitter and wrote that he was not the one who was wearing a wig.

While calling Nisar as 'inferior minister', he advised him to keep his fantasies to himself and focus on the four demands of PPP.

Adviser to the Sindh Chief Minister on Information Maula Bakhsh Chandio also reacted to the criticism and said that an all decked out personality was in an agonising state before the media.

Chandio said that criticism on the accent of a person who had studied abroad did not suit to Nisar. He pronounced that Chaudhry Nisar's failure had now surfaced therefore; he should face reality instead of repeating accusations.

Chief Minister Sindh Murad Ali Shah also spoke in favour of his party's chairman and said Bilawal had put forward four demands in front of the government.

In October, Bilawal presented a four-point charter of demand to the government and warned that if those demands were not met, he would announce long march on December 27 in Garhi Khuda Bakhsh.

The PPP's four demands include appointment of a full-fledged foreign minister, formation of a parliamentary committee on national security, passage of the opposition's bill seeking investigation into the Panamagate scam and implementation of the resolution passed during a multi-party conference on the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) held in May last year.

The resolution had called for construction of the western route of the CPEC to provide its benefits to small provinces.
