LHC dismisses disqualification petition of PM Nawaz, CM Punjab
LAHORE: Lahore High Court dismissed the disqualification petition of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and Chief Minister Punjab Shehbaz Sharif on Wednesday, Aaj News reported.Â
As reported, Justice Shams Mehmood Mirza heard the case where petitioner, a citizen, Faisal Naseer, told court that Prime Minister and Chief Minister are not eligible according to article 62 and 63 adding, corruption is being done on federal and punjab development projects.
Sources revealed that the court has ordered petitioner to contact concerned forum and dismissed the petition.
