Chief Justice to retire on 30th December
-File photoISLAMABAD: Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Anwar Zaheer Jamali to be retired on 30th December, Aaj News reported.Â
According to reports, Supreme Court (SC) Bar will arrange a farewell dinner for (CJP) Jamali on 14th December whereas full court reference will be conducted the next day on 15th December.
Sources claimed that the reference will be attended by High Profile Judges, Attorney General, and the seniors of Supreme Court (SC) Bar and Pakistan Bar Council.
The farewell ceremonies for (CJP) Jamali will be held 15 days before his retirement due to winter vacation which will start from 19th December and continued till 2nd January 2017 reportedly.
