Two people shot dead in separate firing incidents in Karachi
KARACHI: Unknown assailants on Sunday shot two people dead in two separate incidents, Aaj News reported.
According to Police, DSP Traffic Faiz Shigri was gunned down on Rashid Minhas Road near Alladin Park when unknown assailants riding motorcycles targeted Shigri's car.
Shigri's driver and gun men were injured during the attack. Later they were shifted to the hospital.
In a separate firing incident, a man was shot dead in near Kaneez Fatima society.
The deceased identified as Sajid Sheikh was a mill manager.
Another targeted attack on DSP Gulberg Zafar Hussain was foiled on University Road when his gun men immediately retaliated to the attack.
Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah took notice of the unrest in metropolis and demanded immediate report from I.G Sindh Police A.D Khwaja.
