WEB DESK: People loves winter and some may wait for it through out the year. Winter has its own charm and with the smell of coffee everything seems mesmerizing. Since winter impacts on everything, it also effects the skin. Though it gives rosy glow to the cheeks but at the same time it makes skin dry and dull. So, it is necessary to pay some extra attention to skin through out the cold season.

More Moisturizing:

The dryness in the air leaves the skin extremely dry and itchy. Therefore, moisturizing more in winter is greatly important. A winter skin care routine must be based on extreme moisturizing as it will give long lasting results. Also, purchase the product which is suitable for your skin type do not buy it just because it is a high end one. Therefore, seek for products that are made for your skin type whether it is for skin or hair.

As the skin becomes dry in winter, it leaves small dry patches as well. It is necessary to include exfoliation in your winter skin care routine. Exfoliating the skin gently is a good option and one should adopt this habit specially in chillier weather.

Do not just focus on moisturizing skin but oil you scalp as well. Daily oiling will be beneficial for hair not just in winter but in a long term. Many people use oil to moisturize their skin as well. It is a good option if winter reacts to your skin in a harsh way.

The cold season is pretty dangerous for feet and cracks on heel honestly look extremely ugly. Do not worry about it but focus on how to deal with it. You need to exfoliate your heels more often, apply moisturizer, wear socks. These are the quickest yet necessary tips to deal with cracked heels.

Stay Hydrated:

Due to cold weather, we do not really feel thirsty and it actually restricts our water intake which leads to dehydration. And dehydration is not healthy for skin. Hence, to avoid it we need to drink as much water as we drink in summers.
