Recipe of the day: Cheese Spring Rolls
Ingredients
- 2 Cup grated cheese
- 1/2 cup parsley leaves/ corriander leaves
- 8-10 spring roll strips
- salt
- pepper
- water
- Oil for frying
Directions
- In a bowl mix grated cheese, parsley leaves, salt and pepper.
- Now lay the strips on a dry plate/board and place this mixture on one of the side.
- Roll the strips first closing the two north-south ends inwards and then roll it till the end.
- Seal it with little water and set to deep fry.
- Fry till golden brown and serve hot with yummy tangy ketchup or hot sauce.
