KARACHI: Law-enforcing and administrative agencies failed to handle the worst current situation of Karachi, as a result of which, Karachi University announced the postponement of the paper due to the tension prevailing within the city, Aaj News reported.

The new date of the postponed paper would be announced later, said a statement of the controller examination, KU.
