LAHORE: Renowned playwright Asghar Nadeem Syed has been injured in an attack.

According to Aaj News, the incident took place when Asghar Nadeem was on his way to Raiwand in his car and some unknown men started shooting on his car.

Nadeem has been shifted to Jinnah Hospital soon after the attack where doctors told the sources that he had  been shot in his arm and stomach, yet he still survives.
