Sargodha firing: Three killed and two injured
SARGODHA: Three persons were killed when unknown gunmen opened fire on a car carrying Ahle Sunnat Wal Jamaat (ASWJ) leader in Sargodha on Saturday morning.
According to the police, this incident took place on Noori gate when ASWJ Deputy Chief of Punjab chapter Maulana Abdul Hameed Khalid with others was heading off to Bhakkar for the hearing of anti-terrorism court.
Some unidentified men opened fire on their car, which killed three and injured two including ASWJ leader.
The injured were rushed to the District Headquarter Hospital and the bodies of dead were also shifted there.
After this incident police sequestered the area for further investigation.
