Sheikh urges government to resolve people’s issues
ISLAMABAD: Awami Muslim League (AML) chief, Sheikh Rashid Ahmed Friday said that government must resolve the problems being faced by the country and opposition would cooperate in this regard.
Talking to APP, Sheikh Rashid Ahmed said the country was passing through critical situation and unity of nation would help overcome the problems.
He urged political parties to come forward to play the role of real opposition to strengthen the democratic process in the country.
Sheikh claimed that he will play an active role in Parliament as integral part of the opposition.
Replying to a question, he said the country which is passing through a critical phase requires consensus and unanimous policies.
