Illegal foreigners to leave the country before June 30: Interior Ministry
According to the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government's order, all foreigners residing with in the province have to leave before the end of next month.
If any foreigner with an expired visa fails to leave the country by June 30, would be staying illegally in Pakistan and will be treated under the law resulting in deportation. Aaj News reported.
The provincial government issued the order after receiving directives from the Interior Ministry's office regarding illegal stay of foreigners in the country. The interior ministry directives give similar conditions four all four provinces and enables the provincial governments to issue a warning to foreigners staying illegally in Pakistan.
Sources suggest that any person who is found guilty of overstaying their visit in Pakistan, will be arrested and deported under the 14 Foreign Act, to their native countries, after the completion of their sentence according to the law.
