An Army helicopter used for training went missing near Wazirabad area earlier on Wednesday, Aaj News reported.

The helicopter was last reported flying over Darya-e-Chenab (River Chenab).

A pilot along with another trainee were on board when the aircraft disappeared from radar.

A search and rescue operation has been initiated to look for the missing helicopter.
