KARACHI: A hand grenade attack occurred at a roadside hotel in Qaidabad area today.

According to police officials, unidentified men riding a motor cycle threw a hand grenade at the hotel from above the bridge.

As a result, seven people were injured. The injured were rushed to a local hospital where two of them succumbed to their injuries and died, A child is also among the remaining five, who are currently in the hospital receiving medical treatment.

The grenade attack also damaged nearby shops .
