SHEIKHUPURA: A CNG cylinder explosion resulted in 5 casualties on Wednesday. School van carrying 5 lady teachers and few students suffered an intensive blow as the CNG cylinder, installed within the van, blasted resulting in the death of one young student and 4 lady teachers. 3 more individuals got injured in the blast

According to Police officials, Teachers and pupils of a government school were returning back  after the school timings; when the blast occurred.

4 Lady teachers and one little girl died instantly as they received severe burns. The victims have been identified as Fozia, Parveen, Nargis, Riffat and Class 2 student Zeba.

The bodies have been shifted to Lahore because of their critical condition.
