IHC seeks report of two missing doctors from JC
Islamabad High Court (IHC), on Wednesday sought comprehensive report about two missing doctors till April 16 from judicial commission (JC) probing the missing person's cases.
A single member bench comprising Chief Justice Iqbal Hameed-ur-Rehman
resumed hearing of the petition seeking the recovery of Dr Abdul Qayyuum and Dr Abdul Wahid.
During course of hearing, Deputy Attorney General Tariq Mahmood Jahangeri submitted the written reply of secret agency and said that there is no officer working name of Major Tariq in the set up of Islamabad.
In the last hearing, Umar Hayyat Sindhu counsel for misplaced persons had apprised the court that the Doctors were picked up by Major Tariq Mahmood and court had summoned him.
