Federal Minister for Religious Affairs Khurshid Shah Wednesday said Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani will appear before the court and thus, dispel the impression regarding the non-cooperation with the judiciary.

Talking to media here, he said the government will take up all decisions by staying within the constitutional confines, as the government as well as Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) does not want clash among the institutions.

“Our Prime Minister spoke of the independence of judges prior to his oath as the premier,’ the federal minister stressed adding he (Gilani) is appearing before the court all resigned.
