Anti-terrorism court here has extended the judicial remand up to August 9 of all the accused involved in the run away case of MNA Anjum Aqeel.

The special court judge today while hearing the run away case of Anjum Aqeel and other accused was told by the police that the arrested MNA was under treatment in the hospital and, therefore, he couldn’t be produced in the court.

The court accepting the reason for non-production of the accused adjourned the hearing, but ordered the police to submit the challan against all the accused on the next hearing of the case.
