Court issues Musharraf warrants in BB case
An anti-terrorism court (ATC) during hearing of Benazir Bhutto (BB) assassination case on Saturday, issued arrest warrants of former president Pervez Musharraf.
The court during hearing at Adiala Jail in Rawalpindi called details of the assets of Pervez Musharraf, after the investigation agency Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) filed a petition for confiscation of the movable and immovable properties of the former president.
The court issued permanent arrest warrants of Musharraf, which will be valid till his arrest.
The Director General of FIA Malik Muhammad Iqbal was also summoned in the court, who apologised for contempt of court in earlier hearings of the same case and assured that all judicial directives are being followed.
