Indian Home Minister P. Chidambaram on Wednesday said that relations between Pakistan and India could not improve till the perpetrators of Mumbai attacks were not brought to justice.

Talking to media, Chidambaram said that all evidences regarding Mumbai attacks had been handed over to Pakistan.

He said that Pakistan has not yet taken any action against the people involved in the attacks. He reiterated India's allegation of cross border infiltration in different areas of India.
