Supreme Court has directed the Attorney General (AG) to submit the charge sheet against the DG FIA in contempt of court case on Friday.

A three-member bench, headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry, was hearing the contempt of court case against DG FIA Malik Iqbal during NICL hearing.

CJ said that the culprits were not only linked with the top slot of the country but so influential that they got the registration of case pending in spite of the permission granted by DG FIA.

The petitioner informed the names of those 14 executives who had received huge amount in achievement award from 2003-2008 unlawfully.

The court adjourned the hearing till June 8.
