Bus plunge leaves 6 dead in Rawalakot
At least six people died and 12 others were injured when the bus they were riding in plunged into a ravine in Rawalakot on Wednesday.
Police said that the passenger bus was heading from Sir Arhi to Hajirah in Azad Kashmir. Speeding bus fell into a roadside ditch after the driver lost control over the vehicle.
Six people died including Advocate Shafqat while 12 others sustained serious injuries. Soon after the accident, the local people rushed to the site and started rescue work. They retrieved the bodies and the injured and shifted them to hospital.
